Who is Balthazar Getty and how does he score with Hollywood bad girls?

The “Brothers and Sisters” stud made headlines last year when he was photographed publicly making out with a topless Sienna Miller all over Italy.

The paparazzi loved it but his wife Rosetta Millington and their four children were not amused.

And during an on-again-off-again relationship with Miller, Balty was allegedly spotted recently at the Chateau Marmont making out with Lindsay Lohan. Followed by a day of beauty and pampering this week with Miller.

Who is this guy? He’s an heir of the infamous oil-rich Getty family.

Balty’s great grandfather was J. Paul Getty and he has appeared in such classic films such as ”Lord of the Flies,” Lost Highway,” and “Natural Born Killers.”

His acting career has been hit-and-miss and he allegedly had drug problems in his errant youth.

He's partying through the years with Hollywood’s fast crowd and with wild girls such as Drew Barrymore, Portia de Rossi, Rebecca (threesome naked in a hot tub, anyone?) Gayheart, Ione Skye, Gina Gershon, and Natasha Gregson Wagner and Patricia Arquette.
