Breakout TV Stars of the Decade

Cooper is one of the unlikelier people on this list -- his TV roles early in the decade ("The $treet," "Alias," "Jack & Bobby") were supporting ones, and the one series he did star in ("Kitchen Confidential") lasted only a handful of episodes. Now, though? Cooper is a bona fide movie star, having successfully turned his nice-guy TV image into one of a cocky, sometimes skeevy guy (see "The Hangover," "Wedding Crashers") that you like almost in spite of yourself. Which is why he's pretty perfectly cast as Faceman in the forthcoming "A-Team" movie.
