Breakout TV Stars of the Decade

Before Sept. 30, 2001, unless you had watched "Felicity" or "Time of Your Life" religiously, chances are you didn't know who Jennifer Garner is. Then "Alias" premiered, and suddenly everyone knew -- Garner and the butt-kicking, beautiful spy she played were practically inescapable (even though "Alias" itself was never a big hit). She has since made a relatively seamless transition into movies with films like "13 Going on 30" and "Juno" and handled the demands of an A-list marriage (to Ben Affleck) with ease.
