Celebrity Scandals of the '70s

Oscar-winning director Roman Polanski's past came back to haunt him this weekend when he was arrested in Zurich in connection with his 1977 conviction for having "unlawful intercourse" with a 13-year-old model.

He is currently awaiting extradition to the U.S. Whether or not he was spend time remains to be seen since both the director and his victim have filed with the court that the charges be dismissed within the past year.
