Say You're Sorry: A week in media missteps

This past week, who said they were sorry for real and who needs to say they're sorry? Kanye West was once again apologizing, this time for putting a violent short film on his website titled "We Were Once a Fairytale," directed by "Where the Wild Things Are" director Spike Jonze. He has since taken the video down and assured us that the rumors of his death are greatly exaggerated. Who else should be issuing a mea culpa?
