Paula Abdul: 23 Possible 'American Idol' replacements

Paula Abdul announced she is leaving "American Idol" via Twitter on Tuesday night. In two separate tweets, she said:

"With sadness in my heart, I've decided not to return to #IDOL. I'll miss nurturing all the new talent, but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from day1 become an international phenomenon," Adbul tweeted.

Straight up now tell us Paula! We really thought the powers-that-be knew you were a vital component in the success of "American Idol." But no go. So here are some suggestions for the decision-makers behind "Idol." Rush, rush to snatch them up before some other show does. Each candidate has or had their 15 minutes of fame, but who couldn't use a boost from "Idol" really...
