Celebrities We'd Like to Strand on an Island

The news that NBC is considering a new version of "I'm a Celebrity -- Get Me Out of Here," the modestly rated and quickly forgotten reality show that aired on ABC in 2003, got us thinking: About what NBC is thinking in reviving a show that didn't work the first time, sure, but also about the kinds of celebs we think could use a little R&R.

In the ABC version of the show, which has enjoyed a longer and more successful run in the U.K., the "celebrities" (Robin Leach, Downtown Julie Brown and eventual winner Cris Judd) stretched the definition of the word more than a little bit. We're not sure NBC will do much better (see: "Celebrity Apprentice, The"), but that's not our concern right now.

Instead, we offer this collection of celebs we'd like to see go away for a while. It's not that we dislike them, necessarily -- it's just that we could all use a break.
