Top 10 Tools of 2009: Zap2it's Year in Review

Hilton's particular brand of annoying just grows and grows, and here's only a few offensive highlights from his busy 2009: 1) Tweeting "call the police" over and over again (instead of doing it himself) after he claims he was assaulted by the Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am , 2) Offending his gay followers and GLAAD when he used the anti-gay slur "f****t" in a video clip addressing will.i.am, 3) Posting (and then deleting) a nasty comment about how Michael Jackson's cardiac arrest was probably just a publicity stunt. Jackson died later that day. 4) Continuing to "out" stars like Meredith Baxter who have not yet come out of the closet.
