Red Carpet Rewind: 2008 MTV VMAs

Katy Perry rode to the VMAs in her new BFF Miley Cyrus's limo, along with her mom, Tish. Darn. There go all those rumors about them being such frenemies. Miley's black sparkly sheath is a tad conservative. But Katy more than makes up for that. She admitted on the carpet that she got her "do-it-yourself" synchronized swimming get-up at a "costume house." We want to see it with nose plugs.
