If you know your Joss Whedon, then sight unseen, you can probably predict certain elements of his latest FOX series " Dollhouse."

Any follower of " Buffy the Vampire Slayer," " Angel," "Firefly/Serenity" or even "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog"* will recognize the following Whedon hallmarks, whether it's incredibly strong female protagonists or the fact that romantic relationships don't usually end well.
