Bravo's "Top Chef Masters" debuts with world-renowned chefs like Fleur de Lys' Hubert Keller duking it out in the kitchen in the name of charity. The competition will be fierce ... and delicious as the chefs learn just what it means to be a "chef'testant."

In honor of "Top Chef Masters," we present our own top chefs -- the fictional ones from TV and film who've made our mouths water and bellies grumble.
