On the Menu: After being an overweight child, this control freak and mother hen became a chef at various restaurants including Iridium, Cafe des Artistes, the Moondance Diner, Alessandro's and eventually Javu. She also briefly ran a catering business with her vegetarian pal Phoebe ( Lisa Kudrow).
