On the Menu: Gordon Ramsay has nothing on Gareth, the chef de cuisine and co-owner of Le Chateau Anglais, the best bloody French restaurant in England and possibly the world (yes, including France). Gareth, you see, is a trifle arrogant, impatient and given to long tirades sparked by his staff's incompetence or occasionally a patron who requests salt without tasting the dish first.
