On the Menu: Papi's gig as a personal chef was marred when he killed his employer for abusing his wife Rosa, the love of Ignacio's life. As an illegal immigrant he stayed at home to cook for his daughters Hilda and Betty (Ana Ortiz, America Ferrera) and his grandson Justin (Mark Indelicato). Late, he becamee all legal and employed at the most American of careers -- fry cook -- at Flushing Burger and then competed in a TV cooking competition that landed him a better job.
