On the Menu: This furry little chef had big dreams when he was growing up in the countryside, but when circumstances land him at the restaurant of his late idol Auguste Gusteau, Remy can't help but add his culinary expertise to a few dishes that are going to be ruined by the garbage boy Linguine. Since diners are somewhat rodent-phobic, he works out a system of hiding under Linguine's toque and directing his movements in the kitchen.
