On the Menu: Although he delivers sandwiches and other deli delights to the offices at Mode, Gio is no mere sandwich guy. He's a gourmand with a five-year plan to open his own shop with the longest condiment bar in the world and has a weakness for the rare cheese Scamorza, which is produced by a cow named Luisa in Italy. He also reads a lot into someone's character by their lunch order, which is why he always treated Betty's ex Henry, aka "Egg salad," with such contempt.
