Emmy Snubs & Surprises

Every year, the Emmy nominations bring surprises and snubs, and this year is no different. Check out who received some well-deserved, often overdue recognition and who got overlooked.

Surprise or snub?: Surprise. Apparently, only competing against other animated programs is for chumps since "Family Guy" is hanging with the big dogs, going against the live-action comic stylings of "30 Rock" and "The Office." It's been a Stone Age since an animated program, "The Flinstones" has had this distiction, and even "The Simpsons," which has been on for two decades never got this honor. Yes, Stewie Griffin will indeed take over the world.
