Surprise or snub?: Surprise. She and Tina Fey are the most consistently, gut-bustingly hilarious ladies out there, but we were afraid that the raunchier subject matter on "The Sarah Silverman Program" would turn off the Academy, even though they did give her an Emmy for "I'm F***ing Matt Damon."
