Before "Grey's Anatomy," Chyler Leigh was put through her paces on "Girls Club," "Club," "Reunion," "Safe Harbor" and "That '80s Show."

And before "Covert Affairs," Christopher Gorham tried and tried with "Jake 2.0," "Medical Investigation," "Odyssey 5" and "Out of Practice."

Getting cast on a TV show is worth celebrating. Having that show make it past one season may require an animal sacrifice.
