WTF? TV Moments 2009: Zap2it's Year in Review

Fake pundit Stephen Colbert hyped his trip to the Persian Gulf for weeks on "The Colbert Report." When he arrived in Iraq, though, he was given an immediate surprise: On videotaped order from President Obama, Gen. Ray Odierno sat Colbert down and gave him a military-issue buzz cut, sending the host's lovingly tended locks falling to the floor as hundreds of troops cheered.
