WTF? TV Moments 2009: Zap2it's Year in Review

We just adore cute southern belle Jordan Lloyd, winner of "Big Brother 11." But we were flabbergasted watching Jeff and Jordan discuss how telling time is hard for her. Jordan basically doesn't know what "quarter 'til" means and the whole conversation revolves around her repeatedly answering the question "How many quarters in an hour?" with "25." Sigh.
