WTF? TV Moments 2009: Zap2it's Year in Review

With one impulsive act, rapper Kanye West made "I'm-a let you finish" a national catchphrase. 'Ye rushed the stage to apparently defend Beyonce when Taylor Swift beat her for the Best Female Video award. Beyonce later won Video of the Year and invited Swift back to finish her acceptance speech.
