"Bizarre Food with Andrew Zimmern"
You know him as: Andrew Zimmern, the man who will eat anything
Why we like him: Anthony Bourdain is the Travel Channel's rock star and if we had to choose one risk-taking TV chef to get drunk and go clubbing with, it would be him. But Tony Bourdain has read his clippings, he knows how edgy he is and he's become the very opposite of underrated. Zimmern is more of the friendly uncle who shows up at holidays and regales the family with stories of the countries he's been to and the wacky foods he's eaten. Sure, some of what he says is bizarre doesn't seem to unusual to us (Guinea pig? Yawn...) and spitting out the durian was a bit wussy, but he has our eternal admiration for that long wood worm he pulled from a log and gobbled raw. You might have a cooler time hanging out in a foreign country with Bourdain, but you'd have more fun with Zimmern.
Where else you've seen him: He guest-starred with Bourdain on a special, but otherwise he's kept his profile muted.
