TV's Underrated of 2008

Kevin Brown and Grizz Chapman
"30 Rock," NBC

You know them as: Dotcom (Brown, left) and Grizz (Chapman, right), Tracy Jordan's (Tracy Morgan) entourage.

Why we like them: Because of the unexpected notes of sanity they bring to the chaos of "30 Rock." Brown, the more experienced actor, has excellent timing and delivers a deadpan line really well. Chapman is usually silent, but his facial expressions and the way he carries his considerable frame get laughs too.

Where else you've seen them: Brown has appeared in "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" and MTV's "Human Giant." This is Chapman's first screen credit.
