Why we like her: When you're sitting on a panel with former *N Syncer J.C. Chasez and hot-shot choreograper Shane Sparks, you could easily get lost. Not Lil Mama though. She's right in the thick of things, pulling no punches and on target with her critiques. Oh, yeah, and she's only 19.

Where else you've seen her: You might be familiar with her VMA-nominated song "Lip Gloss," or the video for her song "Shawty Get Loose" (featuring Chris Brown and T-Pain)
