You know him as: Darnell "Crabman" Turner, the easygoing husband of Joy Turner (Jaime Pressly)

Why we like him: Darnell may be the most understanding husband on television at the moment, but his no-worries demeanor masks the fact that he's easily the most intelligent member of "Earl's" crew. Steeples is so laid-back (as befits his character) that you sometimes miss how funny he is, but once you tune into him you can't help but laugh at nearly everything he says.

Where else you've seen him: Steeples co-starred in "Akeelah and the Bee" and is the Rubber Band Man in the Office Max commercials.
