TV's Top WTF? Moments: October 2009

Sigh. Need ratings? Get two of your nubile young stars to kiss! Indestructible "Heroes" character Claire (Hayden Panettiere) finds out her new roomie may be an obsessed stalker one step away from uncovering Claire's powers... but really, Gretchen (Madeleine Zima) just had a crush! Which she confesses after an awkward smooch. So many of the other subplots are actually interesting this season that the kiss came off as the desperate ratings ploy it so transparently was.
