TV's Top WTF? Moments: October 2009

After a disconcertingly long period where things seemed to be going (mostly) right -- give or take the occasional lawnmower accident -- at Sterling Cooper, things started to hit the fan midway through season three. No move was more shocking than the sacking of art director Salvatore Romano (Bryan Batt) after he rebuffed the amorous advances of one of the agency's biggest clients. That it came from Don (Jon Hamm), who had previously been Sal's champion, only made it hurt more.
