Funny drug use is usually frowned upon by television. By gosh, if you're going to use, you better be addicted so that people learn a lesson.
As the woefully unqualified school nurse, Terri's (Jessalyn Gilsig) cure-all for anything and everything that ails the students is Pseudoephedrine.
Soon everyone is zipping around on pep pills and nothing terrible happens. Nobody drives a car off a cliff, quickly escalates to shooting heroin or is selling off family valuables so they can buy more.
