TV's Top WTF? Moments: October 2009

"House" has had its share of gross/squirmy/jump-out-of-your-seat moments in the past. Few of them, however, have been quite as shocking as House ( Hugh Laurie) starting an autopsy on a patient who wasn't dead yet. Wow.
