TV's Top WTF? Moments: September 2009

Showbiz awards shows always have a memorial segment for colleagues who have died in the past year -- and it's usually a fairly subdued, tasteful moment. But adding live music, like the Emmys did with Sarah McLachlan singing "I Will Remember You"? No. Just off the mark.
