TV's Top WTF? Moments: September 2009

Much of Paula Abdul's time as the host of the "VH1 Divas" concert was filled with unintentional humor. One moment of on-purpose comedy, though, came when she appeared on stage in a short blonde wig and sneakers in homage to her "American Idol" replacement, Ellen DeGeneres. Who knew she'd be so magnanimous?
