TV's Top WTF? Moments: September 2009

The comedian donned a Kate wig for a "Jimmy Kimmel Live" sketch -- a trailer for a movie called "Kate Is Enough." Given the wealth of material in the Jon & Kate saga, though, shouldn't the bit have been funnier?
