TV's Top WTF? Moments: September 2009

There's bad acting and then there's Ashlee Simpson. Not a big enough name to warrant casting on the new CW drama regardless of whether or not she has any talent, her presence is baffling. Her character is slightly unhinged, but should she really be broadcasting that fact with the flat line readings and constant crazy eyes?
