Tyra made a big deal out of declaring a National Real Hair Day and hyped for weeks that she would appear on the premiere of her talk show au naturel.

Of course, she totally cheated, coming out with her hair slicked back and still stylish. Shame on us for actually tuning in to see if she'd make good on her promise.
