TV's Top WTF? Moments: September 2009

Does this situation even need an explanation? WTF, indeed. Not only are the allegations alone beyond appalling, but to tell the world about the situation on a talk show, while promoting your new book? None of it feels right.

Now, we are not judging. Whatever happened between Mackenzie Phillips and her "Mamas & Papas" front man father, we are truly sympathetic. And certainly, Mackenzie has a right to speak publicly on it if she pleases. We just sort of wish our cable was out that day.
