Kelly Osbourne is becoming the new Drew Barrymore. Even if she makes a mess of her personal life from time to time, she's so adorable and well-meaning you can't help but give her a pass.
Her first time out on the "Dancing With the Stars" floor she performed an elegant Viennese waltz and scored an impressive 23 from the judges.
