TV's Top WTF? Moments: January 2010

The public weigh-ins by the contestants in front of a couple hundred people were bad enough, but making the "sickest" group of contestants ever arrive at the ranch and immediately undertake a 26.2-mile bike ride in order to find out if they would stay in the game or not was just sadistic.
