Hollywood Hits and Misses: 2009's best and worst moments

After 2008’s underachieving “My December,” Kelly bounced back with the single “My Life Would Suck Without You” on Jan. 16. It was announced on Jan. 28 that the song, which sold 280,000 digital downloads in its first week, broke a Billboard record when it jumped 96 spots on the U.S. singles chart (from No. 97 to No. 1). The full album, “All I Ever Wanted,” dropped on March 10, debuted at No. 1, and hung on to the position for another week , proving that Kelly’s life -- and career -- doesn’t really suck with Clive Davis after all.--HIT
