Hollywood Hits and Misses: 2009's best and worst moments

The former "American Idol" judge was right about one thing: Paying her less than Randy Jackson (at the very least) is totally unfair. Her decision to leave the country's biggest TV show, however, was totally insane. She had exhaustion issues working two days a week, and then she hoped for a daily talk show? Or, worse still, a Vegas show? Some new career advisors might be in order. MISS
