Oscar winner Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn have been married for 13 years, but there have been some close calls. He filed for divorce in 2007, changed his mind a few months later, filed for legal separation in April of this year and then rescinded that petition in May. Then Sean Penn just decided to take a break from acting. Now, Robin is the one filing for divorce.
