Premise: A group of wealthy individuals go undercover in impoverished neighborhoods and learn valuable lessons about how the other half lives. At the end of their journey, each of the millionaires will give a donation of a minimum of $100,000 to a lucky recipient (or recipients).

First Impression: FOX's reality guru Mike Darnell is walking a tightrope here. Best case scenario, this is the sort of three-hanky sentimental reality stuff that only ABC does well. Worst case scenario, it's Life Stinks: The Reality Show, a condescending effort in which rich people spend a week or two discovering that not all poor people are welfare cheats, write checks that sound big to us but barely amount to an interest payment for them and then go back to their mansions thinking they're better people.
