Premise: Based on the '80s series. The classic KITT car has become even cooler -- thanks nanotechnology! -- and Michael Knight's son is now behind the wheel.

First Impressions: Frankly, the TV movie/back-door pilot underwhelmed. Amped-up effects and the presence of "Fast and the Furious" writer Gary Scott Thompson as showrunner may help recapture the goofy fun that made the show a favorite of our 11-year-old selves.
