Of all the former partners of Cheryl Burke who have won the mirrorball, the one she chooses to partner in the "All-Star" edition is Emmitt. That right there is why he's my odds-on favorite to win the whole darn thing, even if the season he won was kind of weak, looking back on it. (Jerry Springer, Harry Hamlin, Tucker Carlson!).
