Hollywood hits and misses in 2010

Did John Mayer fire his publicist in early 2010? We're not sure, but we do know the serial tweeter started running his mouth during interviews with Playboy and Rolling Stone. No topic was off limits, from masturbation to his sexcapades with Jessica Simpson to referring to his manhood as a "white supremacist." He took to Twitter right away, apologizing for his crude remarks, but only temporarily stepped out of the spotlight. A few months later he canceled his Twitter account too, opting to over-share on Tumblr instead.
