2011 Entertainment Hits & Misses

The Grammy Awards moved one step closer to the American Music Awards, putting together an album of the year crop that features chart toppers rather than innovators. Aside from soul scorcher Adele, there's nothing of note in Grammys' top category. The field includes pop chameleon Bruno Mars, a so-so effort from Rihanna ("Loud"), and the Foo Fighters, who never encountered an arena rock cliche that wasn't worthy of exploitation.
