12 underrated movies from 2012

Many found the leads in "Project X" obnoxious. I thought they were exactly what they were supposed to be: High school kids in search of a killer, social image-redefining party, but ultimately not one without consequences or worth losing friendships over. The resolution may have let them off the hook a bit, but the film's a hell of an experience, and it's not hard to put yourself back in that age and frame of mind and how you might have felt about something so legendary. Real-life risks and logic aside.
