A Northwest Airlines jetliner at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport in 2006. Northwest Flight 188 from San Diego to Minneapolis on Oct. 22 was out of contact with air traffic controllers for 91 minutes and overshot the airport by 150 miles.
