Mark Twain hits the bestseller list 100 years after his death
Mark Twain died in 1910, and he left instructions that he didn't want his autobiography published until 100 years after his death. That may be because his memoir includes tales of sex toys, seduction and gossip, as well as thoughts about politics and god. The first volume of the three-volume autobiography hit the bestseller lists -- not bad for a 760-page book that doesn't have the benefit of book tours or an author appearance on Oprah.
