After Gibson's former partner Oksana Grigorieva filed a restraining order against the actor on June 21, tapes were released of Gibson screaming obscenities and threats at Grigorieva. Since then, accusations of extortion and abuse have flown back and forth between the split couple and Gibson has become a persona non grata in Hollywood.
